I bought a used truck from Jake at Shamrock and the experience went without a hitch. He listed the vehicle with plenty of pictures and a detailed video. The vehicle was in the condition they promised when I arrived and Jake was professional and ready with all necessary paperwork and documents for a quick transaction. They were honorable in every way including the intended price of my trade. They did talk about their extended warranty but it was informational and value based with no hard sell tactics. These guys were great and I recommend them for sure.

I had a great experience buying my Jeep from Shamrock Auto. Jake was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. He answered my questions, gave me the information I needed, and let me make my own decision without any pressure. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for, and the entire buying experience was smooth from start to finish. We have been looking off and on since October for a car, we were very particular about we wanted. We saw a listing on KSL and drove down and got there about 1/2 hour before they closed. Kellen showed us the two cars we were interested in and gave great advice on which would be better for our needs and the price, which was exactly what we thought also. He showed us car fax and comps for similar vehicles within 300 miles and their prices are a bit below average. He stayed late, answered all our questions, wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted and the opportunity to think it over that night. We hadn't planned on buying right away but when we found what we wanted, we couldn't pass up such a good deal. He followed up the next day and was really helpful in getting things set up to purchase. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Highly recommend Kellen at Shamrock Auto.

Our experience with Shamrock was great. It was the quickest and easiest car transaction we have ever experienced! Jake was amazing and everything was straight forward,. I loved that we didn’t have to endure the sales person making 5-6 trips to the glass office of managers to haggle over a few bucks!! I will definitely be referring friends.

Shamrock is great to work with! I think this is probably my fifth work van that I’ve purchased from them. I don’t even go look at them anymore. I buy them over the phone and have employees go pick them up!Jake and the team are really good to work with!
